Terms and Conditions for Pindry LLC

1. Right to Refuse Service:Pindry LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be disruptive or detrimental to the safety and well-being of our clients and staff. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, excessive intoxication, and failure to comply with salon etiquette and safety regulations.

2. Cancellation Policy:We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• More than 48 hours notice: No charge will be applied.
• Less than 48 hours notice: A cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service will be charged.
• No-shows: Will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

3. Extension Policy:

• Installation: Clients must consult with a stylist to ensure that the desired extensions are suitable for their hair type and styling goals.
• Aftercare: Proper aftercare is crucial to maintain the health of your hair and the longevity of the extensions. Clients are advised to follow the provided aftercare guidelines.

4. Service Guarantee and Dispute Resolution:Pindry LLC strives for complete satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of your service. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify the situation.

5. Pricing and Services:Pricing is subject to change and may vary depending on the complexity of the service provided. Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation.

6. Personal Belongings:Pindry LLC is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises.

7. Health and Safety:Clients are required to disclose any known allergies or medical conditions that could affect their service prior to commencement.

8. No Additional Guests Policy:To ensure a serene and safe environment, no additional guests are allowed in the service areas unless they are receiving services themselves. This policy helps maintain a tranquil atmosphere and ensures our staff can focus on providing the best possible service to each client.

9. Intellectual Property:The content of our website is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without prior written consent from Pindry LLC.

10. Right to Modify Services:Pindry LLC reserves the right to make changes to services, management, and pricing at any time without prior notice.

14. Indemnification:Clients agree to indemnify Pindry LLC and its employees from any claims arising from incidents or injuries related to provided services.

15. Limitation of Liability:Pindry LLC will not be liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of our services. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service.
